The political realignment isn’t Left-Right, it’s Up-Down.
Unfortunately, the GOP is benefiting from the realignment, not because people are attracted to their policies, but because Democrats have failed to deliver.
In a two-party system, people are simply deflecting to them.

There is a key difference between the two there. The former president was trying to profit off of them and selling out the country for his own benefit. The other was trying to call attention to war crimes, at great peril to his own livelihood.

Dig into this one a little more before you throw the word traitor around. Snowden faced retaliation for whistleblowing on the immoral and unjust activities that our intelligence agencies were participating in. Whistleblower retaliation is illegal, unless it’s about the NSA apparently.

During a CNN Town Hall in 2020 with Biden, he said he would be a transitional president to patch things up after Trump then hand the baton on to the new generation. It’s time man. We can’t wait another 4 years for that.

That’s not the issue. He’s done many great things, but also some really terrible things. >70% of voters don’t want either to run. We want a different option. We need new blood with a real vision for where the country should go, not just maintaining the status quo.
