although some of the base jobs quests don't happen the job stone quests that follow them DO happen

eis' situation in early arr can be summed up by a sprout starts the game as a lv1 conjurer in gridania but then you check their player info and they got like four or five base jobs at 60 or 70

the only quests and content that do not follow this rule are most of the base jobs quests like gladiator/mercenary/archer/lancer/etc. they do not happen because *looks at the +10 years of mercenarying before landing on the continent* right.

i operate under the logic that all of the blue quests and yellow quests i do are things my wol do in lore. if i did a yellow quest where i help a kid find his lost sheeps in the steppes then yes eis at some point helped a kid find his lost sheeps in the steppes
