This is not okay. I'm from the UK and even i know of Canada's role in the fight against the nazis in ww2. Highly dangerous to fly that flag, and disrespectful to any of the older generation who lived through WW2.
I certainly know how my granny would react if she saw it.

The EU regulations for travel are bothering me a bit. Despite desperately wanting to travel to Germany. I had made plans to spend two weeks there in June... I'm having to make an alternative travel list outside of the EU.

Leven - murmurating starlings, rammed with redshanks, turnstones, eider ducks, rook, a sandwich tern and a common gull. Nothing new really. Trying to find a med gull but im not that great.

When you cant tell if what you are hearing is electricity, your neighbours maybe using a razor or something, or a flying insect. Possible suspects are mosquito or wasp. The bathroom window was open 😓

Kinghorn today, some knot, common gull and a grey heron. And met a fellow birder. Was nice to actually chat to someone today. Used to bump into birders all the time down lancs. It's a bit more isolated up here i think.
