A patch release of our interpretation algorithm is now available, resolving an edge-case bug that previously prevented report generation.

Additionally, portal.moalmanac.org has been suspended due to breaking changes by Google Cloud's deprecation of the Life Sciences API. We may revisit this component at a later date. The portal's address will now redirect to our announcement: news.moalmanac.org/2025-09-03-d...
The Molecular Oncology Almanac cloud portal (portal.moalmanac.org) is currently suspended, and perhaps deprecated, due to Google Cloud’s deprecation of the Life Sciences API. It may be revisited at a future date. The algorithm continues to be available through GitHub and Docker Hub.
