Honestly, a good combo between price and availability?
I think it's too hard to even justify a good sushi night once in a while... I think Poke bowls are the best thing to fill the gap, but it's just not the same 🥲

I have brain washed my fur-children so hard to associate nail clippings with getting their favorite treat.
So much so that some will come jolting at the sound of the nail clippers. No regrets.

I thought about the glue too.
I can see them doing it for things like preserved things… but a lot of them were also fresh produce and I don’t know how long those stay display quality for.
Maybe partially glued down? 😆

It has to be a multi-person job…? 🤔
One person putting stuff down, one person standing a little far back like “left… left… left… a little more left… NAH TOO FAR!”

I have no idea how much time they get to put the displays up, but this is the “finals” (after going through town, county fairs… etc.)↓
