Thanks to everyone who has reached out on here.

Sham redundancy, suicidal ideation, self-harmed. Have folk who care looking after me, but finding things very difficult right now. Not finding joy in anything anymore.

All that to say I appreciate the people who have messaged recently.

Hey James. Still here. Made redundant last week, felt suicidal, tried harming myself. Seeing specialists today. Not in a good place right now.

Feeling tremendously sad this week. Like the dam holding back the tears is straining not to burst.

Trying to listen to things that make me happy, but feels like it just makes them worse.

Having your own thoughts constantly working against you is exhausting.

Your recent work on the F1 was incredible.

Do you strip the original paint layer? I've done plenty of scale modelling, but never worked on a Hot Wheels car before.

I aways derided the Metro as an underpowered crapbox, until I found it my grandmother mounted a monstrous traffic island and bollard, parking her Metro inconspicuously perched on top.
