If I lost everything and had to rebuild from scratch, I’d follow this plan:

-Assess and adapt: Take a brutal inventory of what I have left—skills, one loyal friend, or even my wits, and turn it into fuel. No pity parties; just pivot to what's salvageable; trading a forgotten talent for quick cash

New month, new energy.

This #November, I'm focusing on being unapologetically myself in daily choices, more intentional connections with my family to stay grounded, and diving into books to feed my curiosity and wisdom weekly.

What's one goal you're setting for this month?

With #Forest looking likely to point Sean Dyche as our new coach, this could be a fairytale appointment.

Being a former Forest player alongside his assistants, they know the club. Let’s hope he gets them playing attractive football as well as being defensively solid.

#Forest in turmoil once again. The problem with Postecoglou was trying to implement a new system so soon after taking charge.

The previous system was working. He should’ve introduced his philosophy gradually, get wins on the board and get the fans on your side

The amount of falsehoods and lies #Trump spouted in his UN speech beggars belief.

How many more years has the world got to put up with this clown?

‘Don’t mention Hitler and you’re sweet’: The great March for Australia deception — The Age

I wasn’t sure if cold showers would work — but it completely changed my energy levels

I was skeptical about trying them. After all, I thought I’d just end up freezing and miserable. 😀

But I gave it a shot — I’m so glad I did. They’ve given me sharper focus and more drive to start the day strong!

Saddened to hear the death of Robert Redford. As a movie buff it was great growing up watching him in movies such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and later on his directing exploits. #RIP

The best advice I ever ignored: “Don’t mix business with passion.”

I chose to merge my love for #sports with data and AI consulting. It turned out to be the one of smartest move I ever made — purpose drives performance.

Around 2:30pm, I tend to hit a slump — so I built a midday reset #routine that actually helps.

Here’s what it looks like:

1. Step away from my desk and make a fresh cup of green tea ☕

2. Take 10 minutes to stretch and do a quick walk outside 🚶♂️

I’ve noticed the rise of the “vibe economy” — where instead of chasing fad-focused, ultra-specific micro-trends, people are leaning into broader aesthetic and emotional themes that feel authentic and resonate on a deeper cultural level.

In a sign of how brutal the Australian #property market is, 83 per cent of suburbs across the country are unaffordable for those earning the average pre-tax household income (about $100,000 a year)

This is what is happening in #Gaza right now. The international community and governments MUST do more to prevent this genocide by the #Israelis and be held to account

They are thousands of women and children being slaughtered in #gaza and #trump would rather talk about what sweetener should go into a bottle of coke

Do you think the "hustle culture" trend is overrated?

Personally, I've seen it create more confusion than clarity; especially when people burn out chasing endless tasks instead of focusing on what truly matters. Balance beats hustle every time

I'm curious: Have you found it helpful or just hype?
