Lab result for 8 samples of freeze dried beef liver shows a fairly wide range that averages out to .28 mg per gram of liver.
This 4 gr piece meets NRC daily recommendation for a 21-24 pound dog as the *only* source of copper.
Be careful about cooper storage disease! Feed less or none of these.
