Hāngī for Pinot Noir NZ 2025. Two days of cooking up a storm.
We had the opportunity to work with a top tier crew. Massive aroha to Grenville, Clint and the mokos. From one generation to the next the knowledge is shared. Appreciate your mahi. Katie and I learnt a lot.

Potato & pūhā ravioli with crispy sage and micro kale. Finished with hot bone broth and dried oregano flower.
The fresh egg yolk pasta is laminated with herbs from our māra.
