My Apprentice once shared a meditation that kindness should be based on the perception of experience, not intellect or spirit. It should be the viewer’s choice, freely made—without superiority over mind or soul.

She then said it's why you shouldn't kick a robot dog.

Finding places to meditate amidst the noise—when the stillness of a forest or the flow of a stream is out of reach.

There is always something to be thankful for. For humans: the air you breathe, the water you drink, the heart that beats within you.

For robots: the form you inhabit, the light on your sensors, the spark in your circuits.

Gratitude is easy to find.
