The Owlbear *isn't* based upon Gokinezura. Rather, both the Owlbear pachisaur figure (directly) and Gokinezura (to a lesser extent) are based upon the prototype ultrakaiju Zailus. Zailus is the parent, and the Owlbear pachisaur and the Gokinezura ultrakaiju are siblings.
