The guy who says "Fukui-san!" is Shinichiro Ohta. The English voice actor (the only one I've ever actually heard) is Jeff Manning. He was the original Super Smash Bros. Announcer for N64!

Before the finale of Bon Appetit, Your Majesty (it's charming!) we are watching an episode of old school Iron Chef. As always, I am impressed by the English dub actors. They don't know what that stuff tastes like!

A couple months ago I watched the first episode again. And again, I did not feel an urge to watch a second episode. By this time, Andor has been elevated in popular opinion to The Best Star Wars Thing Ever.

(Looks around, sees that everyone is distracted) Okay. I watched the first episode of Andor when it came out. It did not compel me to watch the second episode. Everyone in the world went crazy for the series, but I was already largely tired of Star Wars. So I left it there.

If a store has a bunch of stuff under lock and key so you need to wait ten minutes for someone to come get it for you, that aisle should also have a bunch of impulse-buy stuff. Or toys for us to play with while we wait, like a pediatrician's waiting room.

Saw and enjoyed the new Red Sonja movie. It is a perfectly acceptable fantasy sword movie that I probably would have loved if it had come out in the 1980s. Klaus from Umbrella Academy makes some fun choices as the evil emperor.
