@iwriteok.bsky.social hey just wanted to suggest trying Textured Vegetable Protein. I grew up subsistence hunting and working ranches in rural Montana, and still love a good steak, but with CWD and meat processing standards in the toilet, plus economic reasons, I recently tried it.
