I'm away from my laptop for 4 days, today is second and I feel genuinely upset at having not written my daily 500 words while simultaneously feeling like because of not writing suddenly I get ideas for solving plot knots that blocked updates before like...why it works like that

I feel like they would do that even when not pregnant and partners would roll w/it bc "I get it, you need to train the court before the real thing" (they also were pissed off by those Alphas and will gladly take excuse offered by partner to deal with them)
