Was given a little bit more advise on this, yes donate food if you can. Money goes a lot further. You’d be surprised how much produce you can buy if you get it straight from the suppliers.

Saw some folks share this on tumblr, imma share it here. Food banks are about to become real strained and this list has some things you can donate that some people might not immediately think of. As someone who used to work with food banks I think this is helpful advice.
