Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled against an emergency motion by South Carolina to enforce it's bathroom ban. It was 6-3 with Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch dissenting and would have granted the stay.

I will be offering my thoughts and prayers to Charlie Kirk and absolutely nothing more. After all, a small handful of gun deaths per year is a worthy price to pay for the god-given right to bear arms.

With a heavy heart, I return Whalefall by Daniel Kraus to the library. I’ll never stop thinking about it. Haven’t had a new favorite book since Artemis Fowl back in middle school. Haven’t read a book twice in a row since Malice in high school. This is my Torah. I will never read a better book.
