Holy shit look at this

Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon), photographed by Chuck Ayoub on 30 October 2025.

The comet made its closest approach to Earth (90 million km) on October 2025.

you should need to mine a skycoin to pay for each post
nitrous delivered by scuba mask
yeah it’s much more like cooking
hoping that it’ll return once there’s a bit more moonlight; full moon is a week away, we shall see!
looking forward to the mandatory copyright gate that all material has to pass through before being made available online

“no sorry this shitpost is too similar to one copyright 2018 by doodoohead29 , you’ll need to change at least three referents to be considered an original work.”
they should have stripped him of the “Andrew” also ahah

a portal to an alternate universe would certainly spice things up a bit around here
Remember when handheld computers were called “Personal Digital Assistants” for some bizarre reason?
i wonder about the frictions we’re removing that will turn out to be load-bearing…
for the year so far i’ve used 14.5 MWh and only needed to import 4.3 MWh (most of that over winter), saving AU$3570! (and $200 for my 4 MWh of exports)

The whole system will have paid for itself much sooner than expected; every time the power company raise prices the deal gets even better!
i’ve had my solar+batteries in its current config for a couple years now, still love tracking the stats.

two days left in the month, but:
- used 916 kWh
- imported 45 kWh
- exported 678 kWh

not too shabby; works out to around AU$330 saved!
an actual step forward!

This is footage taken earlier today of the eye of Hurricane Melissa.

The entire view is remarkable, of the core of one of the strongest Atlantic basic hurricanes in recorded history, and a catastrophic hit to Jamaica and the central Caribbean.
ahh yea, hindsight
if you’re an economist and you conflate electricity generation with energy use then no you’re not
