It's usually because they're answering a transphobe saying"but you're MALE for medical purposes!" and like, no we're not. Our bodies are estrogen dominant (which again doesn't mean that much) and functions like a "female" body much more often than a male one! Ceding ground like this is dehumanizing!

As a note, I hate when people cede ground by saying "of course trans women know we're male" like um speak for yourself weirdo, I've transed my sex entirely. I'm more female than "male" but I'm neither. Sex expression is a spectrum just like gender. Stop ceding your entire self or being to fascists.

I have only lost 150.I am now, and have been for a few years, a fat woman with muscle hidden under there. I have not felt beautiful. My wife tells me I am, my friends tell me I am, I can't believe them. Looking at your work has genuinely made me more confident, I have started wearing dresses and skirts again, I've started wearing more revealing clothing. Genuinely you have made me able to feel beautiful again and l'm very grateful for that. Please draw more fat women and put them in the tightest dresses you can find. Thank you. ou smell great today.
