I'm making lamb & ground beef dolmades to serve other's for the upcoming holidays. I'll also make vegan varieties for myself to get through the Nativity Fast (Nov 15 - Dec 24) in which I refrain from all meat, fish, cheese/dairy, eggs, oil, and wine. I'm creative during this time of year. 😇

This is a Mexican Bird of Paradise. Not what you expected? That's called profiling. This grows everywhere in Las Vegas whether it be in yard landscaping, strip mall parking lots, or the side of the road. It'll withstand a 50-mph desert windstorm and come out looking just as delicate as it does here.
