I should also add that flights in/out of Samoa only run Mon, Tue, Thurs. So also limits itineraries. Either Thurs-Mon, Mon-Thurs or doing Mon-Mon, Tue-Tue, Thurs-Thurs... the full week plus all the days in front and behind would have been too much for my wife's time off allowance.

Thx! Arrive monday evening then depart close to midnight on thursday. So approximately 3 full days on the ground there. Would like to go longer but time off for my wife is a limiter.

We spend 2 days in Hawaii before and 2 after on the way back. Total trip is Friday to following Sunday. 🏝🌞

The waterfalls were waterfalling again this past weekend after the rain on thursday night. Could actually be a good reason to go to Yosemite. Be there during a atmospheric river or something might be an experience! 🏞️ 🤪

I will be back in Yosemite for my 50TH lifetime visit this weekend. a milestone... 🏞️🫶

recently crossing the Yellowstone Tower Junction Bridge over 100 hundred buffalo crossed as I was in the middle of the bridge. it was one of the most incredible things I have EVER experienced. lasted over 5min. the bridge was shaking.

Repairing the fence around Grizzly Giant is now one of my favorite Yosemite memories.

I felt honored to be allowed to do this work alongside the National Park Service trail crew.

now my real answer..... "YES". put an AND between everything and that is what I go for. but I prefer the mountains, big trees, old trees, waterfalls, lakes, creeks, WILDLIFE, the history. all of that

Anyways...

Yes, there are lots of bodies left in everest because it is life threatening just to be up there it would be even more dangerous to try and remove those who perish. So they remain. Its awful.
