Today, senator Ron Wyden will raise a point of order to remove the Medicaid and CHIP ban on gender affirming care. The Republicans need 60 votes to keep it in but they only have 53. Call your Dem senator today and urge them to vote to strip the ban from the bill. Senate switchboard 202-224-3121.

1. Rather than waiting for a funding threat, the state of Minnesota under AG Keith Ellison is going on offense, suing the Department of Justice for attempts to force states to discriminate against trans kids.

This story gets so much worse. The trans woman who she refused to fence only finished in 24th place. Stephanie, the forfeiter, also beat *multiple* cis men in a regional match just one week earlier! And conservatives just paid her $5k for her kneel. Why is nobody talking about this?
