📈 New results from the SURE trial at #UnionConf

SURE showed that, for children living with TB meningitis, a short, intensive treatment is not as good as the standard treatment in preventing death or severe disability. Adding high-dose aspirin also showed no benefit.

📝 New guidance on improving the use of inverse probability of censoring weighting (IPCW) method in #ClinicalTrials.

The paper explains how to apply IPCW effectively and how to stabilise IPCW weights to improve precision, without overlooking potential bias.

Over the weekend, we announced new findings from the ICON8B trial at #ESMO25.

Results show that weekly chemotherapy with bevacizumab improves survival of women with advanced #OvarianCancer compared to having it once every 3 weeks.
