The calcification along my spine that pinches the spinal cord shutting down my ability to walk is now in my shoulders. I've had 3 surgeries in my lower back & neck. I don't want more. If it cuts off my spinal cord at my neck, my heart or lungs could stop.

The grocery delivery I got today was...disappointing.
I realized I now have a lot of things to make full meals that take a lot of time but no "fast meal" stuff except some Mannys BBQ wings but had those last night. Harrumph
