Yeah. Sigh. The obvious response is that states are able to regulate who can drive on their roads (requiring driver’s licenses), and their state of mind (intoxication levels), and even whether or not snow chains are allowed (and when). But given this SCOTUS and the Fools in the Fifth, it looks bad.

@shannonappelcline.bsky.social I am shocked/pleased that someone is using their history degree to study RPGs. My uni didn’t do a lot of thinking out of the box vis-à-vis careers, so I ended up using my history degree to get into & through law school. I am excited to follow you & see what you do!
