Little reminder that if you need a book cover designed (or an interior or a whole book inside-and-out) I'd love to work with you! Check out my website, www.davidwojo.com, to check out my portfolio (and why not read a few of my poems while you're there?).

Reading my teaching philosophy for the first time in 2 years because I'm applying to a job and I'm actually pleasantly surprised by it. Why hasn't anyone hired me?

Printing presses kept their letters in cases.

Capital letters went in the upper case.
Smaller letters went in the lower case.

This is why we say ‘UPPER CASE’ and ‘lower case.’

Ok, but what did we call them before the invention of the printing press?

MAJUSCULE and minuscule.

Being a freelancer is fun because you give a client 3 ways to pay you, but then they suggest a 4th way. Do you Venmo? Do you Cash? Do you Bill? Do you Spoinkle? Splash? MoneyMoney? $UM? SmartCash? PayNow?

Bygone era of no author websites so when you read something in a litmag you liked you at least had a few places to find more work by that person?

Greying Ghost apparently has "limited quantities" of my amazing chapbook available so maybe you should pick up a copy ($7.50?!) just in case no one ever publishes the full-length version?

I bought my blu-ray player in 2010 and remember being so excited about it (immediately watched 2001: A Space Odyssey). It died last night, and it's wild that 15 years later it's difficult to find a new blu-ray player in stores cause of how much tech has changed...

Our anniversary strawberry crunch cake! We initially bonded over baking, so we decided to spend the majority of Sunday in the kitchen baking and it’s one of our best cakes yet. 🎂🎂🎂
