After Typhoon Tino’s deadly trail that claimed 224 lives and left 109 missing across the Visayas and central Philippines, Super Typhoon Uwan has further devastated communities, forcing the evacuation of over a million people and causing widespread flooding that continues to destroy homes and livelihood in many provinces.
