It took a while for us to get going because some homes woke up to flooding. But we made it safely through the rain and somehow arrived at our overnight right on time! Tomorrow we arrive at our destination, and then the real fun begins.

Yesterday was Bike to Church Day at Mt Zion--look at all the bicyclists that showed up! We're getting good exercise (and getting good use out of that bike rack!), but we're also getting into shape for Outreach for Hope's run/ride/walk coming up on 9/27.

- The youth were very industrious at their car wash, cleaning many cars during worship and afterwards to raise money for the summer work camp trip in August.

A little rain didn't dampen our spirits as members of Mt Zion marched in the Pride Parade on Sunday 6/8 with lot of people from other Lutheran churches around the Greater Milwaukee Synod. We hope you'll march with us next year to show our support for our LGBTQIA+ siblings in Christ!
