I’ve been very bad at remembering to post here but my trip to Japan for the WEC race at Fuji Speedway was epic, as it always is.

Japan is far and away my favourite country to visit. A beautiful place full of kind, courteous, and respectful people.

I can’t wait to go back.

It’s the problem of a lot of championships that have a marquee race. Any IndyCar driver will say they care more about winning the Indy 500 than the championship. Some people think Bathurst should be a non-points race at the end of the season. It ran similar to that until 1999.

What would you change?

I find the endurance races are the best part of the calendar. They used to do three of them and I’m hoping they go back to that in the future.

I never have an issue with knowing who’s in the car at the enduros. They do a great job of using the green icon on the totem to differentiate between main and co-drivers. Also the names on the totem change once a different driver is in.

My issue is the track is just a snoozer for these cars.

Just got caught up with the first Supercars endurance race of the year at the Bend and umm yeah…what an absolute snoozer.

No SC periods and similar strategy led to a pretty boring race overall.

The track itself is fine but it all kinda looks the same on TV. I can never tell what turn they’re at.

Day 1 in Prague. I’m jet lagged as hell but the light was too nice to stay in so I wandered to the touristy areas and snapped a few pics.

Can’t wait for a proper stroll around town tomorrow.

With Matt Crafton retiring from full-time racing, we need to discuss my favourite part of his lore: His NASCAR Xfinity series career.

He made four total starts from 2013-2014, all for RCR in the No. 33. He had two 3rd-place finishes, one 10th, and one 12th for a career avg finish of 7th.
