In a world inspired by Ukrainian folklore and the turn of the 20th century, Zoriana Spys discovers the secret student society of Kharakternys - people with various uncanny talents whom she'd always thought to be mere mythical creatures, and even though the discovery fractures Zoriana's perception of her people and herself, she must join forces with the society to investigate the Witches' disappearances before they lead to half of the country's extermination.$

One of the best writing advices I’ve seen is this. if your character is sad (or anything else), don’t tell that they’re sad and don’t show their sadness. show WHY they’re sad
