Even though my initial spark for growth/lifting came from seeing them on TV decades ago, I ultimately look to myself as my main inspiration and only competition, and what I potentially will become.

I can’t/don’t invest much of anything into the bodybuilders/strongmen themselves. First most are white men (like the “community”) so I don’t feel any connection with them right off the rip. Whiteness has its privilege intertwined with supremacy and patriarchy. So to me, it’s no surprise at all. 🤷🏾‍♂️

That’s why I’ve never tried to be part of any “community”, and just be “ME”. Whoever notices me or not, I’ll be okay regardless and continuously growing. I accepted long ago I wouldn’t be safe or accepted anywhere and just move accordingly. 💪🏾💯

Aww! So sorry to hear about this. I do see some helpful tips in your responses. And I also love eating yogurt too. My main go-to that has become a favorite of mine is the Great Value strawberry Greek yogurt (32oz container). Sometimes I’ve eaten a whole container in one sitting. 👀🫣🙃
