So I know nothing about Magic: the Gathering, and it seems complex to the point of making me nervous… but the crossover with Spider-man means they made a toy of an obscure marvel character from the 70s I like 😁

(basically the comic was JJJ’s son in space and a werewolf… and a god.)

He got a space rock with a wolf god stuck in his chest and now he has to go fight in a space-fantasy sword and sorcery war… it’s amazing comic book nonsense that they don’t do enough in modern stuff IMO.

Geez Silksong gave me trouble, but I have beaten the game (normal ending) after 40 hours. Still working at the end of Act 3 for the true ending… wish me luck, I need it!

I already said it, but I will say it again - we need better MODERATION tools, not censorship guidelines. Automod is still incorrectly flagging art as explicit content when too much skin is showing or it represents LGBTQ+ community. We should be given more labels to what we post, not this.

As of today I’m down 11 lbs from when I started dieting and exercising. first step done. It’ll probably be more gradual from here as I’m trying to do this sustainably.

Went to get a snow cone at a local place. It was around dusk and the lighting of the place mixed with the dusk ambience made it feel very “liminal space”-y to me. Took some neat low angle photos.

the light on the stall was so strikingly different than the dusk sky giving a really interesting difference between foreground and background.

This place has been open every summer since I was a kid, doesn’t feel like a summer well spent without going a few times. First time being here at dusk though I think.

The cover page to “PMD: AuraCharge” Showing Fynn the former-human riolu and Merry the pikachu surrounded by a cast of pokemon that will be their guild-mates. Most are some degree of happy at the sight of the new recruits, with a flaaffy two focused on a book to care.

Merry is just as excited, looking to Fynn, who has a bit of an annoyed expression, likely not used to being so close to others or the overly-happy vibe, or maybe he’s just an introvert out of his comfort-zone. Time will tell.

Man, was playing Shadow Labyrinth, that pac-man metroidvania thing. Was interested in the weirdness but it’s so punishing that it’s not fun. Really disappointing cause I wanted to like it.

Got to Jupiclops and I think I’m done

Games shouldn’t feel like a chore. At least I don’t think so.

Funny idea I had. What if a later point-in-time Fynn found a lucarionite on a mission? How would he deal with the strain of mega evolution and what kind of bad time could any outlaws be in for?

A possible future-point Fynn, evolved into a lucario after *spoilers for planned events in comic*. Fynn finds a lucarionite and considers the possible ramifications of using it with his former-human perspective. He then ofcourse decides to do it anyway, assuming it’ll be fine.

We cut to some minutes later, where the surging aura has overwhelmed him painfully and thrown him into a rage, taking it out on every outlaw he was sent to apprehend.

The spider-man 2 (PS2) swinging mechanics were actually made during the production for the first game. The team really liked it but it was too far into development to change everything and add it. So thank goodness they got to do a second one!

In Pokémon, Trick Room flips the speed priority for 5 turns so slower Pokémon move before fast ones. Regieleki, however, has such a high base speed that if you use a speed-boosting move in battle to max it out, it will be so fast that it breaks Trick Room and goes first anyway.
