A bipartisan Senate group has reached a deal to fund the U.S. government through January 30, 2026, ending the record shutdown if passed. The plan includes back pay for workers and SNAP funding but omits ACA subsidy guarantees, leaving the outcome uncertain as the Senate and House debate it.
