It could maybe stem from an unusual and unhealthy sleep schedule, it usually helps to wind yourself down to get ready for bed. (Like hot shower/baths or just calming yourself down.) I’ve heard that’s what’s helps best. I hope you gets better don’t be so hard on yourself.
