What an interesting 2 weeks! I recently graduated from Yoga Teacher Training, and then a dog showed up on my deck. I thought my Yoga was exciting and life-changing, but now I have a dog, and she's sweet.
Time to circle back to my goals.

I started back doing Pilates this week (I’m sore), it’s been 6 months. I waited until after yoga graduation to get back at it. For some reason I was craving strawberry French pastries. I was too lazy to find a shop, so I made strawberry shortcake when I got home, good enough! Sloppy but good!
