spoiler saturday as I plan and prepare for the biggest year for my babies 🥲
December 13, 2025 at 8:43 PM
“I can heal Olympus. Make it a place none of us in this room need to fear or despise,” Neo whispered. “But not without your help.”
December 12, 2025 at 6:15 PM
“Please, Isa,” Neo said as he turned back to her. “I’ve never met anyone who understood what my life has been like so well. There is no one closer to the issues I want to tackle than you. There is no single person I’ve ever met as 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 as you.”
December 12, 2025 at 5:45 PM
“Have you lost your mind, child?!” Lucian roared.

“She can do it half remotely!” Neo cried. “She’d only have to be there every so often, and always right by my side. I’d never let anything happen to her!”
December 12, 2025 at 5:33 PM
In the kitchen, someone dropped a plate, but Isa didn’t jump. She was stuck, staring at Neo in the same deer in headlights way he was staring at her. It was only through his peripherals that he saw Dima and Lucian fighting to fit through the same doorway at the same time.
December 12, 2025 at 5:15 PM
Neo let out his breath, and with it, his reason for being there. “My mom has decided Olympus is going to have two monarchs and I’m going to be the other one—I need an advisor and I was hoping you might consider it. Would you? Maybe?”
December 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Isa giggled and folded the blanket into a neat square while Neo stood and fought with himself.

“Isa?”

“Yes?”
December 12, 2025 at 4:48 PM
“Thank you,” Isa breathed, eyes shining. “It’s so cute!”

“There’s pie too if you want a snack!” Dima called. “Your dad is sniffing around it!”

“I am 𝘯𝘰𝘵—”
December 12, 2025 at 4:30 PM
Isa’s entire face lit up as she pulled a cream colored blanket from the gift bag. It was so soft that even Neo had briefly considered buying a second one and keeping it for himself, despite the fact that it would’ve been hilariously undersized.
December 12, 2025 at 4:15 PM
Neo shuffled through the entrance, following the sound of Isa’s humming into the sunroom. “Hi, Neo!” she beamed.

“Hi,” Neo said, throat closing around his nerves. “I…Dima said to hand this to you.”
December 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM
“Hey!” he said happily. “Damn—what’s all this?”

“Housewarming presents,” Neo said as he held them out. “And a uh…blanket. For the baby.”

“Give that one to Isa,” Dima said. “She loves opening stuff for the baby.”
December 12, 2025 at 3:45 PM
Dima came to investigate just as Neo was wondering how in the world he’d managed to get past the front door that 𝘥𝘪𝘥 belong to Lucian. This wasn’t even his house, and Neo still felt like he was seconds from being turned away.
December 12, 2025 at 3:34 PM
Lucian opened the door and narrowed his eyes. “This seems like bribery.”

“I’m just here to visit,” Neo argued. “It’s rude to visit unannounced and empty-handed.”

“I don’t believe you.”
December 12, 2025 at 3:15 PM
Neo arrived at Isa and Dima’s cottage with a gift bag, a fresh baked pie his dad had put his stamp of approval on, and flowers.

His mom had laughed at him as he left.

I think due to bluesky’s moderation team of prudish nuns I’m going to start identifying any queues with actual spice before they start—that way you guys can actually know when to not open my pictures in public and when to check my profile because bs is censoring shoulders and hands 🙄
December 11, 2025 at 9:05 PM
“I think that would be beautiful,” Elian said, squeezing Neo’s shoulder comfortingly. “Just make sure there’s no doubting how genuine you are, and I’m sure you’ll be fine.”
December 11, 2025 at 6:35 PM
Neo stepped back from Elian, glancing out the window as he thought. He really 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 a yes. He had no idea what he’d do if it was another no.

He whispered the name to Elian, and to his surprise, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 didn’t seem surprised. Not at all.
December 11, 2025 at 6:14 PM
At last, Elian broke. “Alright. We’ll give that a try—I’ll toy with my schedule some.”

Neo kissed the top of her head. “Thank you,” he said again.

“Mhmm. Who’s next on the advisor roster?”
December 11, 2025 at 6:01 PM
Elian’s smirk had grown. “Are you offering this to me because of qualifications or spite?”

Neo smiled innocently. “Both.”

“Very tempting, baby brother.”
December 11, 2025 at 5:47 PM
“Tansie’s job,” Neo cut in. “It’s yours, if you want it. No one is better with numbers and money than you.”

Elian’s lips twitched into a half smirk.

“Only one monthly report that needs to be in person,” Neo reminded her. “Otherwise, it can be fully remote. Or you can do it on therapy days.”
December 11, 2025 at 5:34 PM
Neo nodded. It was the answer he’d known he would get all along, so it didn’t hurt as much as it could’ve, but he did still wish it could have been different. “I figured. So I have another job offer.”

“I—”
December 11, 2025 at 5:15 PM
“But I’m happy to give you my thoughts and opinions on anything you may want them for,” she added, tucking Neo into her arms in apology. “For free. And I’ll help with anything else I can from the mortal world, as long as my schedule allows.”
December 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Elian took a step back, blue eyes wide. “Neo, baby…” she murmured. “No.”

“You wouldn’t have to be here all the time—I could just call you, Leon could send you his notes—”

“You need someone who can at least be here part time,” Elian argued. “More than I can.”
December 11, 2025 at 4:46 PM
Neo nodded helplessly. If she knew that—if she could read it on him that easily, there was no need for buildup. Suspense.

“I wanted to ask if there was any way you’d consider being my advisor.”
December 11, 2025 at 4:31 PM
Elian softened before his eyes. “You never have and you never will. But that’s not what you’re here to say.”
