There’s less support than I’d like IRL to safely do that but it would work probably for a few minutes. But like Wayward said It looks awesome in 3D and without any safety issues. 😁

Also yes, it would destroy my back too but I’m old so just bending over makes my back creak at this point. 😂

I used to post on Deviantart, never really been a fan of pixiv and their inconsistent NSFW policies. Might start posting on DA again but... the AI stuff man.

I'll keep my thoughts on AI to myself because I'll probably get cancelled but the amount of slop it has enabled people to post is insane.

Yeah I read through it before I posted. It's that some parts could be used against people. For example under Do Not they say "Share real or synthetic intimate images or sexual content without consent."

Patreon used this to essentially require modles in renders to be all smiles in BDSM images. 🫠

Yes, hence my question as I am in the UK and would be the website's admin. I'm 95% confident they only care if your user to user content is available to UK visitors, so geoblocking should be sufficient, but I'd like to be 100% confident before I go launching a new website.

I am not trained in legalese by any means, but they seem to be interested if the content is available and poses a 'risk of material harm' to the UK. In my mind geoblocking solves this.

I'm pretty confident in that, just not sure if I'm 'willing to be in legal trouble if you are wrong' confident. 😬

The provisions in the OSA regarding User to User based websites are quite... Complicated. As I've stated I'm in the UK and wanted to make sure that simply being present here while running the website (as I would be admin) does not open me up to legal problems...

I was under the impression that the OSA would be imposed upon you if you were based in the UK regardless of the accessibility of the content. Is that not the case?

I am actually curious to know, especially if you consulted a lawyer as I had a user-to-user website in dev and am based in the UK.

They might have verified you somehow? Mine is definitely still limited. The stupid thing is Twitter will know I have another account which I made before 2012, soooo... They are just stupid.
