Republican support is cracking in the Congress and you can be sure Trump will do more outrageous, illegal and violent actions to get the Republicans choosing survival in the 2026 elections to continue to surrender to his dictatorial demands. -R

He should be fired for endangering, weakening and pushing our country down instead of leading the world. He needs to be impeached in the House and removed in the Senate,—a prospect no longer impossible.

All while he is undermining solar and wind power in the U.S. and promoting deadly global warming from coal, oil and gas. Trump is unleashing a disrupted climate to hurl its ferocious violence against our defenseless country.

While Tyrant Trump has prohibited any US govt attendance or participation at the World UN Climate Summit in Brazil, he and Rubio and war-thirsty Hegseth are planning an illegal invasion of Venezuela and perhaps neighboring countries with a huge armada of U.S. naval ships in the southern Caribbean.

When you crank in the damage done by Trump and his Trumpsters in Washington, DC, members of the contented classes are largely unaffected, writes @nader.org.
When Will the Contended Class Revolt Against Trump?
When will these contented ones collectively start saying, “Enough is enough” and it’s time to say to Donald Trump, “You’re Fired”?

Trump wants the Nobel Prize for Peace - just another example of his dangerously unstable personality. -R

Stanley Heller, a citizen activist in Connecticut, has a petition to Trump that he take part in a nuclear drill so that he can come closer to what his power may engage some day. Certainly he’s not going to take a mental health test like everyone else. -R

Urge President Trump to experience a nuclear war drill to see the folly of nuclear weapons
www.change.org

The president—who is the ultimate finger on the switch—does not have to take part in any of the nuclear drills that all other participants in the chain of command have to practice. Secondly, all others in the chain of command have to take a mental health test except, again, the president.

Kathryn Bigelow’s new film A House of Dynamite about a likely nuclear war raises two little known matters:

When was the last time frontrunner elections like New York, Virginia, and New Jersey turned on those issues? -R

Consumer protection groups, why don’t you toot your own horns for once? More than any recent election, the issues on the table this year were consumer issues—landlord/tenant, childcare, mass transit, healthcare, utility costs—especially electricity, rising food prices and so on.

“It comes from you people, incredible people, good-looking people—too many good-looking people. I don’t like good-looking people. I never liked good-looking people, I’ll be honest with you. I’ve never admitted that before.”

Go figure. -R

Secondly, when he was in Japan, he ordered U.S. soldiers to go onto a U.S. aircraft carrier to hear his rambling speech. At one point here’s what he said:

What? Don’t Republicans eat too? Don’t lower income Republicans need these food supplements, especially in the red states ?

Add to Trump’s unstable personality the following episodes.

When asked about the approaching suspension of the SNAP food supplement programs, he replied since most of the food programs are used by Democrats, he was not interested in doing anything about it.

24 corporations are giving Trump millions to build his new White House ballroom.

16 of them have government contracts.

14 are facing federal enforcement actions.

Coincidence? We doubt it.

GOP Speaker Mike Johnson has shut down the House of Representatives for 41 days. This provided a great opportunity for the House Democrats to hold shadow hearings in all their committees on Trump’s major destructive programs with prominent witnesses open to the media.
