A few artworks for #PortfolioDay !

I'm Naila and working on an LGBTQ+ multimedia project called "Blue Horizon" of late, which includes comics, novels and games! I am a non-binary Bangladeshi-American lesbian.

Alia Atif-Akinyemi with dark brown skin, a cold, intense frowning expression has a lot the of curls of her hair billowing to the left, shown as an dark blue tone. She's wearing an indigo shirt. She seems to be guarding a Layla Chandrani who has dark brown skin, a broody expression, with red eyes and furrowed silver brows and a frown. I'd really appreciate if writers these days took a look at their characters doing therapyspeak and whether that's appropriate for their work and their world.

By "therapyspeak" I mean speaking like this: "This is the emotion I'm feeling, and feeling that emotion makes me want to act in a way"
