You can't "take" a quest. you're just taking the flyer of the quest then. The guild sends you out... I think that's how it works at least. But I don't get paid otherwise.
Why do you need a license?
Just go in, take the quest and walk out to do it.

You can't "take" a quest. you're just taking the flyer of the quest then. The guild sends you out... I think that's how it works at least. But I don't get paid otherwise.
