"I won't, dude." But it won't be just Killer's heart being broken. Cross' soul aches at the thought of having to move on.

Cross gets back to the hotel. Epic is still awake and he's grinning. "How was your night on the town with your date?" Cross blushes but he smiles. "It was wonderful."

"Oh boy, Cross. You're so fucked man. Head over heels for a fan. You do know we have to leave soon, right? The tour is still"

Tomorrow? Killer has to work- but for Crossy? Killer grins. "Sure thing, Crossy~" they decide on a time to meet up again, and they go about their ways.

The dinner date goes well, and soon they're walking around the city, catching Ubers to get to places faster. Before they know it, it's late and they both need to sleep. "Hey, I really enjoyed this. Maybe we can do it again tomorrow?"

Cross peeks over the menu as he hides his darkened face. He looks nervous, a little worried even. "Is that a bad thing?" And Killer has to laugh, slapping the table, cause what?! "That's not bad, Crossy! I think it's great!"

"What do you suggest?" Cross asks, his face buried in the menu, trying to decide on what to get. His question snaps Killer out of his thoughts and he has to think about what Cross asked. "Uhhh, oh! Like you said, the cheeseburger is pretty good! But if you'd rather something else, they have"

Killer feels his soul jump and dance, this almost sounds like a date! Killer agrees and soon meets Cross there. He looks so good in casual wear. He looks different without all of his make-up and head gear. He's so much more handsome...

But guess what? Cross did give Killer a call. "I was wondering if you wanted to show me around the city." Killer has to calm himself before he screams. "Of course! Where should I meet you?"

"How about the diner? I heard they have the best, greasiest cheeseburgers and milk shakes."

"You're just jealous I got to absorb the sweat off Crossy's back~" Killer jokes and laughs when Dust sends him a disgusted look and shakes his head. "Whatever."

But, Killer is crushed. He knows it's wishful thinking for Cross to give him a call.

Afterwards, Killer is shocked he did that, but he is so hopeful Cross will contact him. Dust doesn't want to burst Killer's bubble, but "you know, celebrities don't usually call the numbers fans give to them."

"I want to marry you." He tells Cross and the beautiful rockstar blushes, looking surprised and he's not sure how to respond at first. Killer is already speaking again, handing him a slip of paper, and Cross' fan winks at him. "If you're still in town afterwards, give me a call~"

It's here where Killer gets to actually talk to Cross and shake his hand and hug him.

Killer is front center of the whole concert and he's able to see the way Cross' outfit constricts against his ecto. At one point, Cross even kneels in front of him to sing one of Killer's favorite songs and their eyes meet. Killer is so over the moon, his soul fluttering and he SWEARS they're meant
