adding on to this because I’ve seen lots of posts trying to push and glamorize tabling at events as the next Hustle/Business thing but yeah don’t do it unless you mentally prep yourself to potentially make a loss.

Don’t know who needs to hear this but stop quitting your job to do artist alley and conventions, there are no benefits or health insurance and it is so unpredictable and the competition is worse than trying to get into Harvard lol

i feel like being a productive member of society + being on my own has drained so much of me that i don't draw like i used to
