The aid station was a success Bremerton #NoKings. We will be out again next time! We were there in June and I am now Bremerton Indivisibles go to medical professional for their No Kings events. Everyone was so awesome! Thanks to everyone who came out!

That's fantastic. Even my mom came out to it. She gets overwhelmed easy since her stroke. I am so proud of her and everyone who came out!
I had a shit ton of water anyway. Who carries that shit around?
I ran an aid station at my local protests. A lady asked me about milk of magnesia for eye flushing. I explained all the reasons not to. She asked me my credentials. I told her I'm a PA. She told me she's an acupuncturist. I just stared at her.
From Bremerton No Kings today! The aid station was a success!
@iwriteok.bsky.social do you think we may get bipartisan gun control legislation coming down at one point?

Not in the way libs want but in a way that protects 2nd amendment rights for the rich and their protectors and not the everyman. I think as these things get worse they'll tighten down.
Been with my therapist for 7 years now. Happy to be better. It's constant maintenance but it helps.
Yeah I try to wait and learn facts before I make an opinion but this seemed like bullshit from the get go.
I feel like I've been saying this for over a decade but it's going to get worse before it gets better.
Ahh Loomer. Always a gold mine.
Say what you will about Charlie, he leaned left in the end.

Lol it's a complete mystery. Cops are so predictable.
Yup. The most important part of marksmanship is weapon familiarity. Make it muscle memory. That's the best way to get around nerves. If you're thinking about the shot and everything around you at the same time it's an order of magnitude more difficult. But then, even novices get lucky.
I'm not sure about marines. I was an army medic and learned to be an expert marksman from my infantry platoon. I was also a range safety officer for two years, taught a lot of people to shoot. I could probably get you hitting 300 meter targets in a few hours depending on how body aware you are.
I agree with you. Most likely it's someone with a good degree of experience. Hitting pop up targets is much different than shooting under pressure. My point was that it's more or less impossible to exclude/include anyone on the skill of the shot alone.
Army trains to shoot 300 meter targets with iron sights. If a private can do it literally anyone can with a couple afternoons of training.
She's not mine! I just happened to be the lucky attending Provider to meet her. I'm so glad you have a pupper companion to help you out!
Meet Lulu. She's trained to alert her father to cardiac events. She was a Good Girl today at the clinic.

Not to yuck anyone's yum but I do my best to stay out of Limsa if I can avoid it. I always feel like I need an adult when I'm there.
No Kings day in Bremerton was awesome! Everyone was so kind and supportive! Our little water station put out about 400 bottles of water! The whole thing was like a festival, music and dancing!

It's amazing what people in rural areas think what happens in cities. I did an ER rotation in rural Wyoming and people constantly would try to talk to me about how they thought Seattle was a wasteland of fires, drugs, and kidnappings.
It'd be awesome to see Dems realize getting arrested by the feds is a good flex for reelection. I'll definitely vote for someone who put their freedom on the line for their constituency.
