If it involves smoked meat, professional wrestling, or the Chicago Cubs, I'm probably down.

Did I nail the medium rare tonight?

Thick cut NY Strip seasoned with a thin layer of my All Purpose then a layer of Sweet Amber Fire. Seared on a blazing hot cast iron (475°) then basted with butter until 125° internal. Ten minute rest brought it to the perfect medium rare!

Lone Star Smoke started as a beef rub…but turns out it makes a killer fajita mix too. Tonight’s “Not a Fajita” Fajita: chicken, peppers, onions & mushrooms over Spanish rice. Basically a fajita that lost its pants.

Not every meal needs to take hours in the kitchen—sometimes comfort food is where it’s at. 🍅🧀

Tonight’s dinner: classic tomato soup + grilled cheese on sourdough… but with a twist. Both got a sweet little upgrade thanks to my Blue Ridge Honey. 🍯✨

Simple, cozy, and just fancy enough.

Big thanks to Chef Dana at CRAFTED in #Bloomington, IL for using my All Purpose blend in his beef tips recipe. If any of you live up that way, check them out. And be sure to stop by my website (link in bio) to pick up a bottle of your own.

Absolutely! It's a maple and chipotle based rub, so it would go well with lingonberry.
Celebrity sighting at Tanger Outlets Asheville! Santa himself was seen at the Foodees Food and Culture Festival stocking up on Nate's Smokehouse BBQ Blends (Sweet Amber Fire specifically). Problem is, now the reindeer won't come when they're called.

#Asheville peeps! Come on out to the Tanger Outlets this weekend and check out the myriad of food trucks.

Oh, and while you're at it, stop by my tent and pick up some all natural BBQ rubs from right here in Asheville.

It was good. Smoke flavor was very subtle. Friends that tried some said they wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't told them it was smoked. I cooked at 350, just like in the oven, so maybe next time I'll cook lower to give it more time to absorb the smoke.
Trying an experiment - banana bread in the smoker.

I joined Bespoke Post just to get the knives whenever they are offered. My Zwilling is from them, too.
Fall is almost here. Be sure to stock up on my apple based Smoky Orchard rub for all your smoking/grilling needs. Don't forget to use the code CASEYFEASTS for 10% off your entire order.

No lies detected, especially when using my Lone Star Smoke Blend for flavor!

Alright, Rana. You have my attention.

London Broil seasoned with Lone Star Smoke. Too rare or just right?
