India now requires all newly made PET bottles for food and beverages to contain at least 30% recycled PET, promoting sustainable packaging. How many of you see this - recycling plastic - happening in your country?
Dear Elon Musk, please look at what Trump started (in Jan 2021). Think of what your customers might be up against because of your very public views on various issues. For their sake, leave #Tesla and get into politics full time
Musk appears desperate for contributions from Indians to keep #Tesla afloat. His EVs may be good, but not good enough for Indian market. Instead of selling EVs, Elon Musk should don the garb of a sadhu. Only then will Indians donate generously. Dont expect many Indians to buy his fancy priced EVs
Dont think Tesla will help grow India EV market. More likely Indians will help Tesla survive cos no one in China, Europe, Australia is buying Tesla cars. If India twists rules to enable Tesla entry, Tesla gains, and makes Elon Musk even richer while Indians will be forced to pick up the tab

Don't know corresponding waste, or leftover in case of hydrogen engine cos the tech is not widely used like electric batteries.
For all those who are counting on prices of electric batteries coming down with each passing year, please bear in mind that you also need to add up the cost of the end-of-life waste they will be generating to get the REAL cost of the electric battery
Knowing Toyota, I doubt they would invest money on something uneconomical. While electric batteries will get cheaper, the waste they will start generating will determine the REAL cost of these batteries. So, $600 attractive, it is not the REAL number
Toyota refuses to join the queue for electric vehicles. They are pursuing hybrid. For the future, they are betting on hydrogen...do you believe in Toyota? I do newsroom.toyota.eu/prototype-co...
