Director Bill Gropp and NCSA welcomed a delegation from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) last week to renew an agreement to operate a joint laboratory through December 31, 2029.

University of Illinois Department of Mathematics graduate researcher Jiantong Liu reached out to Illinois Computes seeking help profiling and optimizing parallel Python code. Jiantong had already parallelized his code with the Joblib library but suspected it could still be improved.
