It was a privilege to host Col. Gareth Prendergast of the Irish Defence Forces last week at Notre Dame.

He discussed his new book on the Irish Civil War and met with members of ND’s military and veterans community as well as members of the British Army’s Irish Guards who were also visiting campus.

On this #IndigenousPeoplesDay we are looking back to a beautiful event the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi hosted in the spring.

Potawatomi and Gaeltacht community members came together for music, a traditional meal, and to discuss experiences in preserving and revitalizing language. (1/2)
