This! I am so over opposition opposing EVERYTHING for the sake of opposition. Like they agree to NOTHING that uplifts the people. Just oppose, no,no, no. Screw the leader worship and get on with voting in the best interests of the PEOPLE. If they did, there would be more YES!

Doing the little house on the prairie/holly hobby ish this afternoon. Had a big fruit tray that I was not going to get through so after a bit of research combined with my 40 years of canning knowledge, I present “fruit tray jam”. *not a tested recipe/will not be sharing as a result ;)

Good timing! A full day of chores so far but I got the wood shed organized for winter and chopped & stacked wood for the next day or two just in time for a snow storm! Now inside, warming water for bathing/hairwash (water off for winter) and going to bake something this afternoon.

Not sure if it is maturity, preservation of my mental health or being a “pussy” but as I scrolled and began adding snappy comments to all the US/Trump/maga/maple maga crap I found myself going “nah”, and deleting before posting. The level of insanity is insurmountable. I choose ME today! ❤️

New tool/toy for the cabin. I’ve been watching patiently/not patiently for a decent quad to come on the market that was not 20 plus years old, beat up, or the price I paid for my last vehicle. Today that patience finally paid off!! Also happens to be my favourite colour so we will say it was fated
