The Democratic party will not save us. They will throw everyone under the bus for the false sense of civility and to line their own pocketbooks.

Voting in our current system will not protect us from the fascists.

The Senate has just passed the military NDAA containing 2 anti-trans provisions: a surgery ban using federal funds (dependents too), and a sports ban on military academy spaces.

This will be the STARTING point for negotiations with the House, which has even worse provisions.

Only 20 Dems opposed.

I'm currently running on fumes. Watching the country I grew up in turn into a dictatorship is taking a toll. I'm about to lose my access to healthcare and have very few support networks. Homelessness is also very possible in my near future.

Apparently on November 1st where I live the BBB is going to be in full effect. I'm going to lose access to Gender affirming care. Oregon and Washington need to create their own healthcare system.
