A soup to fill you up with warmth, love and fresh ingredients.~

Can always replaced any with canned version or even dried(like dried shitakes).

*If you’d like a bit of sweetness and you don’t have tomato paste, add a can of tomato soup.

Hyuna's Tomato Soup
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 9 Roman Tomatoes, chopped
• 3 Yellow Squash chopped
• 2-4 Large Mushrooms, chopped (I used
Royal Trumpets)
• 2-3 Bunch of Green Onion, chopped
• 1 Yellow onion, chopped
• 1 bunch of Turnip Greens, chopped
• 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tblsp tomato paste
• 2-3 tblsp Lemon Pepper (or Pepper to taste w/ 1 Lemon (juices))
• 2 tblsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 tsp Minced Ginger
• 1-3 tsp Cayenne
• 1 Chicken/Beef Stock Cube (or 2 cups of chicken/beef stock)
• Additionally: Immersion Blender/Reg

1. Roughly Chop all veggies and herbs.
Minch Garlic and Ginger.
2. Sauté and cook down tomatoes and onions. Once beginning to soften, throw in all other veggies and all seasoning.
3. Once cooked further down, add your stock cube and 2 cups of water or 2 cups of already made chicken stock.
Adjust to preference of flavor.
4. Boil at a med-high heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Turn off stove and allow for it to cool down all the way before the next step.
6. Using an immersion blender or pouring into a blender, blend down until the consistency is to your liking.
7. Adjust thickness if needed by reducing it down more in the same pot.
8. Garnish with green onions/chives and croutons.

I am not sure how long wrist pain is supposed to last if its a sprain. Its been more than a week

But if it doesn’t get better by Halloween, gonna talk to the doctor about it.

Despite the series having the same creators, Code Black was the more darker and mature of the two. o.o So this proves to me that same ideas can be executed in different ways

I survived my first irl set

It was bumpy at first but gained momentum afterwards!

Got plenty of compliments during the set!

Now I am w/ the irl fam at ihop sipping on lemonade and cooling off. 80F doesn't seem too bad but its humid ^^;
