That’s what I have been saying… assume POTUS has immunity. Go after everyone/anyone that acted on any illegal activities POTUS carried out with both Federal and State criminal law. If convicted on state law POTUS can’t pardon them. Then his minions will stop doing his bidding (eventually).

The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) specifically Article 92 says that any member of the military is obligated to refuse to carry out an unlawful order. It also says that members of the military members will be held liable for following unlawful orders.

So we know Disney, Nexstar and Sinclair will cave to pressure. Now it’s time to do damage.

We need to pressure Disney to cancel the affiliation contracts with both Nexstar and Sinclair so they can’t air ABC programming at all.
